A/R Monthly Statements

This is NOT a Joint Interest Billing Statement to Investors.  The JIB routine should be used for that.

This statement lists all invoices that are due on or before the statement date you specify.  This Monthly Statement lists all past due invoices in the file for the owners, but does not list line item detail for each invoice.  This statement is more of a summary of past due invoices.  Whereas, the Operating Statements and invoices from Add in Accounts Receivable are normally printed each month to provide line item detail.  All outstanding Accounts Receivable invoices and applications will be reflected.  You will be asked if you want to print Monthly Statements with an invoice balance of zero and to print for owners, with the option to specify ‘Total Amount Due’.

The Accounts Receivable Monthly Statement reflects the type of payment applied to an invoice, like manual payments received, netout from revenue or minimum withhold amount applied to an invoice.  The type of payment is reflected on the Accounts Receivable Inquiry report and the Accounts Receivable Posting Register.

Manual payments are reflected as CK check numbers, revenue applied to Accounts Receivable invoices from netout are RV check numbers and payments applied from minimum check withhold amounts are reflected as MW on the Accounts Receivable Inquiry, Accounts Receivable Posting Register and Accounts Receivable Monthly Statements.  You may add three lines of comments to print on Accounts Receivable Monthly Statements.  Use the Setup Options under File on your tool bar to add comments for Accounts Receivable Monthly Statements and invoices.
