Report reads from the Unit Chart of Account file for the budget amount assigned and life to date values for the budgeted amount.
Select Financials - Well Cost Report
Normally a budget amount is assigned to general ledger numbers 71xxx-73xxx. The report reflects the single budgeted amount assigned for each general ledger account on this well, life to date amount, and reflects the difference and percent of budget amount used. The total budget amount assigned for a well is stored in the Unit/Well file and is reflected on the Unit report. Month to date, year to date and life to date values for the Unit Chart of Accounts are reflected on the Unit P & L reports.
The Unit Cost report reads the budget amount from the Unit Chart of Accounts and adds transactions from the Transaction file for the period specified to calculate the cost life to date amount.
