Owner P & L - FAQ

FAQ:

1. Can I print the Owner P & L Statements for anything PRIOR to 2011?                                                                                                                 

A:  No. This report is only good as of Operating Statements printed on or after 01/01/2011 and updated on or after 01/01/2011, and for those who installed the 2010 Derek updates in January.


2. I converted my Platinum Program data into the Derek Program after January 2011.  Can I still print the Owner P & L Statements for information in 2011?                                                                A:  You will only get the information starting from the first set of Operating Statements you printed and updated in the Derek program for 2011. Any Operating Statements done in the Platinum program, in 2011, will not be available on the Owner P & L Statements.


FACTS:

1. Owner P & L Detail (By Unit) will print values based on Beginning and Ending dates you used when you printed your Operating Statements, not the date you used for the Update Date.

Example: 01/01/2011 - 01/31/2011 was your beginning and ending transaction date range on the operating statement filter.  This is the date to  enter on the "Owner P & L Detail (By Unit)" filter to get the backup detail for these operating statements.  


2. Owner P & L Summary (All Units) will print values based on beginning and ending dates you used when you printed your operating statements, not the date you used for the update date.

Example:  01/01/2011 - 01/31/2011 was your beginning and ending transaction date range on the operating statement filter.  This is the date to enter         on the "Owner P & L Summary (All Units)" filter to get the backup for these operating statements.
